Have you ever thought you "should" play with your child more, you "should" come up with a silly game to help with their emotions or you "should" lighten up like the perfect Instagram mums?

It's exhausting isn't it?  And not much fun - for either of you!
Join Vivian & Helena to discover:

  • Simple, easy games
  • What to do when play feels too hard
  • Ways to easily incorporate play in your day
  • Plus have the opportunity to ask all your play questions

"I'm much more emotionally connected with my 6 year old daughter and my 12 year old son has also turned a corner - we're having a lot more fun, more play, more laughing and it's much easier to get him off the screen. Thank you Helena!"

You are NOT alone in struggling to be playful.

You intellectually know play is helpful, but you go blank in the moment and can't think of anything to do.

So you tell yourself you're "not a playful person" - that it's for other people, but not for you.

Play can be hard!

We've had these struggles too.  And we've supported many mums who've thought the same.

So join us as we share some simple yet highly effective games and strategies you can do to become more playful in your parenting.

Because when you do that, family life becomes much, much easier.  And more fun! 🤩

"Vivian, I so admire your ability to play. I acknowledge that I have improved my own playing a lot, but you are just a whole other level of playful!"

ABOUT VIVIAN

I am the mother of a almost 14 year old boy. I have practiced Aware Parenting, based on the work of Aletha Solter, for almost 14 years, and I am an instructor for almost 9 years.

I love everything about Aware Parenting. I am especially passionate about increasingly loving and appreciating ourselves for who we are, where we are at on our journey, and making the best of that.

Attachment Play holds a very special place in my heart as well. I love supporting parents to include themselves into play.

ABOUT helena

I have a 16 year old daughter and 10 year old son and am so grateful I discovered Aware Parenting and Hand in Hand Parenting whilst my eldest was a baby.

This approach has given me the tools to navigate life's challenges with them and the support I have received has helped me to heal my own hurts so that I can become a confident, connected and playful Mum.

I'm a Certified Aware Parenting Instructor, a Certified Hand in Hand Parenting Instructor and a former Doula. I've been working with families for over 14 years and I look forward to supporting you in this free Q&A session.
