Being mum to a baby is amazing & the best thing ever.
It's also hard. And can be utterly exhausting.
You want the best for your child, but you also need sleep and a bit of a break. And you'd love for them to be relaxed and happy
The approach I offer not only helps your child to sleep & behave better, but also strengthens your connection, meets their emotional needs and provides a really strong foundation to parent them as they grow into teenagers & beyond....

We had improvements from day 1!
As a mum of two boys I was finding I was just nagging and picking on them constantly.
I was getting more and more stressed and this wasn't helping my connection with them - so the new way of looking at our relationships and dealing with behaviour was a 'breath of fresh air'.
It was empowering, life changing and has dramatically improved my relationship with my boys and their behaviour is much better.
I noticed just how practical the information was. I'm feeling much more in control of my emotions and have strategies that are practical and easy to put into my day.

I cannot thank you enough
I'm mum to 2 children and an OT with 12 years' experience. Despite all of that experience I didn't truly & wholeheartedly recognise the importance of staying with emotions and being able to value that connection which leads to cooperation, softness, willingness, stronger more healthier relationships.
It has helped our family being able to really respect and meet our children where they're at, to support them with their heightened emotions & anxiety through this tough time of Covid.
It's allowed me to look at the awareness of myself, to look at my triggers, and what's activates me and what I need to address in order to support my family. It's been a fabulous journey. Thank you!
