Setting up your account
Go to the login page
Tap the button above, then click Create your Ask Helena account.
Enter your details
Your name, email and a password. Please use the same email you used at checkout, that's how the app knows you have access.
Start chatting
You'll go straight into Ask Helena. Tell me what's going on, just like you'd message a friend.
Come back any time
Log back in at the same link with your email and password, whenever you need me.

Having trouble getting in?
Use the Contact Helena button inside the app, or just reply to your welcome email and I'll help you. The most common little hiccup is using a different email from the one you paid with, so do check that first.
